Opera Mini
Opera Mini
Opera Mini is a web browser designed for mobile phones.
It uses the Java ME platform and consequently requires
that the mobile device be capable of running Java ME
applications. Opera Mini is offered free of charge. This
mobile phone has a copy of Opera Mini pre-installed.
Configuration of APN (Access Point Name) for Opera Mini
Set the network account for the Opera Mini.
1. Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity tab >
Connections > GPRS profiles > Select > Profile 5.
Select Edit to enter the prole details.
2. The following details are to be entered.
• Profile name: Enter the name of the prole.
• APN: Enter the access point name.
• Login: Enter the login name.
• Password: Enter the password.
3. Select Save to save the details.
Always use Prole 5 for Opera Mini and other
Java applications.
Configuration of Opera Mini as Key Shortcut
A shortcut can be assigned for launching Opera Mini.
Select Menu > Settings > General tab > Shortcuts >
select an empty key. Select Set. Select Opera Mini and
select OK. The shortcut is set.
Press the particular shortcut to launch Opera Mini.
