• The temperature unit can be set as fahrenheit or
celsius.
• The coordinate unit can be set as decimal or degree-
minute-second.
To set the preferred format, select Menu > Applications
> Sonim Xperience > Options > Settings > Display
settings > Preferred format > Image OR Text.
Only the reports that support image format
will be displayed as images. Other reports will
be displayed as text even if image is set as
the preferred format.
A green arrow at the top or bottom of a
report in image format indicates there is a
previous or next page, which can be viewed
by pressing the up or down navigation key
respectively.
To set the distance unit, select Menu > Applications
> Sonim Xperience > Options > Settings > Display
settings > Distance units > Miles OR Kilometers OR
Nautical miles.
To set the temperature unit, select Menu > Applications
> Sonim Xperience > Options > Settings > Display
settings > Temperature units > Fahrenheit OR Celsius.
To set the coordinate unit, select Menu > Applications
> Sonim Xperience > Options > Settings > Display
settings > Coordinate units > Decimal OR Degree-
Minute-Second.
Wallpaper Settings
The following information can be set via wallpaper
settings.
• The GPS check interval.
• The distance threshold.
The current location of the phone is checked using the
GPS regularly based on the specied interval. If the phone
has moved beyond the specied distance threshold since
the last refresh of the wallpaper, it is refreshed again. The
units of the distance threshold is the same as the unit
specied for distance in the Display settings.
To set the GPS check interval, select Menu >
Applications > Sonim Xperience > Options > Settings >
Wallpaper settings > GPS check interval.
To set the distance threshold, select Menu > Applications
> Sonim Xperience > Options > Settings > Wallpaper
settings > Distance threshold.
Set Quick Access
You can set a quick access for Sonim Xperience
TM
. Select
Menu > Applications > Sonim Xperience > Options >
Set quick access.
The Set quick access option appears
only on selecting GPS information OR
the individual items within the Weather
reports folder.
Press and hold the easy call key on idle screen to start
Sonim Xperience
TM
on the screen that is set as quick
access.
