Call Options
When you are in a call select Options to access the
following call options:
Convert to Cellular
Select this to convert an MT call to a normal Cellular Call.
Once converted, you need not hold the MT key, while
speaking. You can answer the call like any other phone
call.
The Convert to Cellular option is available
only for the initiator of the call. This option is
not displayed for the call receiver.
Swap
Select this to manage two calls at a time. This is
displayed only when there are two initiated/received calls
at a time. For further details, refer “Swap Calls” on page
73.
Hold single call
Select this to hold a call. You can continue the call by
selecting Retrieve single call.
End single call
Select this to end a call.
MT Contacts
Select this to access the MT Contacts list during a call.
New Call
Select this to make a new call. The existing call will
automatically be put on hold.
Phonebook
Select this to access the phonebook during a call.
Messaging
Select this to send a message to the contacts during a
call.
Sound recorder
Select this to record and save an audio during a call.
Background sound
Select this to set the background sound for the MT call.
• Status: You can switch on or switch off the
background sound.
• Playback Settings: You can set the volume for
the background sound. You can also set the
background sound play mode. The background
sound can be played continuously or once or in
intervals.
• Effect List: You can select the required effect for the
background sound.
Swap Calls
You can manage two calls at a time by swapping the
calls. Select Options > Swap > OK to swap a call.
For example, you have initialized/received a call and
another call has been initiated/received by you . Select
Options > Swap > OK. The rst call is put on hold
automatically and you can receive the second call.
Similarly you can again select Options > Swap > OK and
Movitalk (MT) PTT Service
