4.6 Is it possible to edit .csv file? If yes How to edit this file? (

both enduro and quest )

There are some limitations in .csv format and our Engineering team is working on it.

The workaround for this issue is to edit the .csv file with notepad.

1) download the .csv file from sonim XP3 to your PC

2) open this file with notepad

3) Edit, modify or add new contacts

4) save the file and it can be uploaded to sonim XP3 through PC Tools successfully.
