Now you connect the XP3 through the USB cable, launch the PC tool and select sync manager. System

will prompt you to access permission and allow access for 10 min. Phone memory will supports max 500

contacts.

3.4 The message indicates that the phone memory is full while

sychronizing the calendar events in Enduro.

Support : Max of 30 meeting request can be transferred to phone memory. To check the memory status,

please go to Menu > Tools > Organizer > Option > capacity.

To clear the meeting request go to Menu > Tools > Organizer > Option > delete all.

3.5 Messages will not get deleted from mobile when it deleted

through SMS manager

Support : After dleleting the message through SMS manager,you need to restart

your phone.After restart only the the messages get disappear from the Inbox.

3.6 Why the USB drivers are not found after installing the Sonim

pc tool ?

Please check whether you have downloaded correct PC tool or not. We have separate pc tools for Enduro

and Quest. The path for downloading XP3 Enduro PC tool and installation guide is “

http://toughestphone.com/pctools “ and select XP3 Enduro.

1) The download consists of both PC sync software and installation guide. Kindly follow the guide while

installing the software.

2) After installation, launch the PC tool and Check the version of your PC tool. You can see the version details

by click on the icon “ i “ In the main screen. (it should be 4.2.0.6 )
