SENDING MESSAGES AND E-MAILS
Save Draft Save composed mail as draft.
Discard Delete the selected email.
Settings Set the general settings.
4. Enter the message and tap on Send ( ).
5. Tap on Attach ( ) icon and the following
options are displayed:
• Attach le
• Insert from Drive
The message is sent to the recipient.
READING GMAIL
1. Select Gmail account and tap on the Gmail to
retrieve.
2. To manually retrieve a new mail from Gmail
account, select Settings > Accounts > select a
particular account, go to Option ( ) and tap on
Sync now ( ) option.
3. Tap a message to read. The following options are
available when a message is opened:
• Reply all
• Forward
• Add star
• Print
• Delete
• Archived
4. Tap on More ( ) option on the message window
and the following options are displayed:
• Reply all
• Forward
• Add to starred
• Print
Auto-download
MMS when
roaming
Enable this option to set the auto
download MMS while roaming.
Use simple
characters
Enable to use simple characters.
Get SMS
delivery
reports
Enable to get the SMS delivery
report.
Wireless alerts Displays the active alerts in your
area.
SIM card
messages
Manages the messages in the SIM
card located under Text Messages.
Phone number Displays the SIM number.
DELETING MESSAGES
To delete all the messages,
1. From Home screen or App screen, tap on
Messages ( ).
2. Long tap on the message and the message gets
selected. Tap on Delete ( ).
3. A conrmation message is displayed. Tap on
Delete to delete the message.
OR
4. Tap and open the message to be deleted. Select
a particular message and tap on Delete ( ).
SETTING UP GMAIL ACCOUNTS
You have to congure your e-mail account to access
your e-mail box and e-mail services.
SENDING AN E-MAIL FROM POP3/IMAP
ACCOUNT
1. Tap on new Email ( ).
2. Enter the mail recipient in To eld and subject in
the Subject line in the Compose screen.
3. To add an attachment, tap Option ( ). The
following are the options:

Attach Picture Attach a picture from the phone
memory.
Attach Video Attach a video from the phone
memory.
Add Cc and
Bcc
Add the recipients in Cc and
Bcc.
