Problem Cause Trouble shooting

Electrical short on both
temperature sensors and
the PCB
Contact an electrician for
repair

Electrical short of the
temperature sensor, the
copper tube or the PCB
wiring
Contact an electrician for
repair
E4
Indicates that the water
tank is full or the plug may
be incorrectly wired
Pull out the rubber stopper
that is located at the bot-
tom of the unit, to drain
the water. Check that
the plug has been wired
correctly.
