call to activate
• Your PCS Phone (Make sure it’s fully charged)
• Your Social Security number or your driver’s license
number
• Your Electronic Serial Number (also known as ESN; refer
to step 5 to locate the number)
• The city and state where your phone will be primarily used
•A pen

softkey).
