When "Disconnect" is set to "ON", performing
the call disconnect motion will end the call
even in the following situations.
- When the other party puts the call on hold
- While Answering Machine is active (playing
back a greeting, recording a message)
When "Disconnect" is set to "ON", a call may
be disconnected if you shake the terminal
strongly even just once during the call
because that is recognized as motion
performance.
When "Mute, Reject" is set to "ON", calls may
be rejected if you shake the terminal strongly
even just once while a call is incoming
because that is recognized as motion
performance.
If the terminal is placed within a bag or pocket
while on the incoming call screen, calls may
be answered or disconnected for the rare
occasion because that is recognized as
motion performance.
When disconnecting a call with Suguden
motion, it may not react (disconnect) if the
speed of motion for placing the terminal
facing down is fast. In that case, try the motion
slowly to react (disconnect).
The proximity sensor does not respond well
to black objects.
When answering calls, if you press the
earpiece over your hair, the proximity sensor
may have trouble working and may cause
failure to answer the call. In this case, please
press the earpiece directly to your ear.
When disconnecting/rejecting a call, turning
the terminal over on a black desk, etc. may
cause the operation to fail (cannot
disconnect/reject). In this case, instead of
placing the terminal directly on the surface,
raise the terminal 1 cm from the desk, etc. as
you flip it over to operate (disconnect/reject).
