Basic operations
Double-tap the side edge of the screen to
open the Side sense menu where you can
activate applications or turn on/off the
functions. Slide up the side edge of the
screen to display the Multi-window menu
where you can activate the Multi-window
(split screen). Also, slide down the side edge
of the screen to undo the operation (return to
the previous screen).

You can change the operation position (operation
range or recognition method) on the side edge of
the screen, or the operation sensitivity (speed of
double-tapping or length of sliding), etc. in "Side
sense" (P.191). Set as your preference.
･
Side sense feature is not available in the following
cases.
- Displaying the screen in landscape view
- While charing with a wireless charger (It is available
when "Operation on inner edge of screen" (P.191) is
set to ON)
- In Emergency mode
- Call is incoming/dialing/during a call
