Before using the terminal

When the initial settings screen for
docomo service appears, tap
of "Agree to above"

[NEXT].
Follow the onscreen instructions to
make the following settings.
- d ACCOUNT settings
- Set all docomo services
- Review additional apps
- "Anything else?" settings

When the setup completion screen
appears, [FINISH].
Information
The displayed setting items may differ depending on
operation of the terminal.
When the screen for selecting docomo services or
checking how to use the Home screen appears after
the initial settings are complete, follow the onscreen
instructions.
Some settings can be changed later (P.45, P.46, P.72,
P.168, P.191, P.193, P.199, P.202, P.203).
When setting the online services, make sure to
connect to the network (P.64).
You can use the terminal without setting up a
Google account, however the Google services such
as Gmail, Google Play, etc. are not available.
Google account is an ID/password to use
Google services. By setting Google account
to the terminal, you can use Gmail to send
Email, use Google Play to download
applications or contents such as games.
When you do not set up a Google account in
the initial settings, you can set as follows.

From the Home screen, [apps
folder]

[Settings]

[Accounts]
u
[Add account]
u
[Google].
After this step, follow the onscreen
instructions.
Information
Google account can be registered as backup account
by turning on the item of backing up data to your
Google Drive on the "Google Services" screen when
registering (P.201).
You can use the terminal without setting up a
Google account, however the Google services such
as Gmail, Google Play, etc. are not available.
To set ON/OFF of each auto-sync item, from the
Home screen, [apps folder]
