Basic operations
･
If the sound volume is adjusted in "Ring and
notification volume" (P.188) in silent mode,
the silent mode setting is canceled.
･
You can adjust media sound by dragging up/
down the slider on the volume control bar
which appears when the volume key is
pressed. Also, tap to open "Sound" in
Settings menu where you can change the
ringtone, notification sound, alarm, etc.
(P.188).

You can capture the currently displayed
screen as a still image (Take screenshot).

For some applications, capturing of the
screenshot is not available.

On a screen to capture, press and
hold the power key and the
volume down key at the same time
for at least 1 second.

The still image is saved and appears
on the status bar.

Tap [Screenshot] to capture a
screenshot.

Drag the status bar down

Tap the notification of
screenshot to view the captured image with the
compatible application. Also, open the notification of
screenshot (P.67) and then tap the operation menu
item to send, edit or delete the image.
In case of emergency such as disaster, restrict
functions to save the battery power.
