Setting up the camera
When attaching the FDA-A1AM Angle Finder (sold separately) to the
camera, remove the Eyepiece cup.
Notes
• When you attach an FDA-A1AM Angle Finder (sold separately) to the camera, set
[FINDER/LCD Setting] to [Manual] in the Custom menu and switch the display
between the viewfinder and the LCD screen by pressing the FINDER/LCD button.
Setting [Eye-Start AF] to [Off] is recommended because the eyepiece sensors
located above the viewfinder may be activated.
Removing the Eyepiece cup
Carefully slide the Eyepiece cup off
by pushing on each side.
• Put your fingers under the Eyepiece cup,
and slide it upward.
