The available scientific evidence does not show that any health problems are

changes made to this device could void your authority to operate this device.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
5.15-5.25GHz band is restricted to indoor operations only.

Data transmission is always initiated by software, which is the passed down
through the MAC, through the digital and analog baseband, and finally to the RF
chip. Several special packets are initiated by the MAC. These are the only ways
the digital baseband portion will turn on the RF transmitter, which it then turns
off at the end of the packet. Therefore, the transmitter will be on only while one
of the aforementioned packets is being transmitted. In other words, this device
automatically discontinue transmission in case of either absence of information
to transmit or operational failure.
For the customers in Canada
The term “IC:” before the radio certification number only signifies that Industry
Canada technical specifications were met.
5150-5250 MHz band is restricted to indoor operation only.
High-power radars are allocated as primary users (i.e. priority users) of the bands
5250-5350 MHz and 5650-5850 MHz and that these radars could cause
interference and/or damage to LE-LAN devices.

Precautions for use
Keep this product and this accessory out of the reach of children.

Do not pour water or other liquids onto this product. Doing so may cause

damage.
Do not place this product in a location near a heat source, or a place subject to

direct sunlight. Doing so may cause a distortion or malfunction.
Keep this product away from flammable objects or naked flame sources (such

as lighted candles).
Do not repair this product by yourself. Refer servicing to qualified personnel

only.
Standards differ depending on the area.

Overview
This equipment is a wireless LAN module for use attached to a Sony camcorder
and wireless adapter CBK-WA100/WA101.
Use the supplied network module extension adapter CBK-NA1E for cases when
you cannot attach the wireless LAN module since a wireless LAN adapter
interferes with the camcorder or when you want to improve the sensitivity of
radio reception.
Connect the convex terminal to the USB terminal* of a camcorder, etc. and
connect a wireless LAN adapter to the dented terminal. You can fix the unit using
the camcorder’s handle or the accessory shoe’s screw hole (1/4 inches).
* The terminal name differs depending on the attaching device (USB wireless
LAN module terminal or connecting terminal for external devices). For details,
see the manual of the connecting device.
Notes
The location where the transmission is most effective differs depending on the

usage environment.
Be sure to connect to target devices. Connecting to other devices may cause

communication failure.
Check precautions and instructions about the usage location of the product.

For details, refer to the operating instructions of each product.
To avoid damaging the product or the USB device, note the following

precautions when using the product.
When moving the product with a USB device connected, be careful not to 
subject the USB connector to shock or force.
Do not put the product into a bag with the USB device attached. 
About the LED and button on the product
LED: Lights and blinks during operations.
Button on the side: Does not function currently since it is reserved for future
extensions.
