Notes on the Rechargeable Battery Pack

Caution

Never leave the batter}' pack in temperatures ab(we 140 "F (60 "C), such as in a car parked in the sun or

under direct sunlight.

The Battery Heats Up

During charging or recording, the battery pack heats up This is (aklsc_d by _'l/t.q'gy that has b__,en

generated and a chemical change that has tKeurred inside the battery pack. This is not cause for concern

How to Use the Switch on the Battery Pack

When the switch is supplied with tile battr} pa_k ([c] on p 36) yolJ can use it to find v_l_ether the battery

pack is charged or not. Set the switch to the "no mark" position when charging is completed .Set the

switcll to the "red mark" position when the batter\ is used up (or in whichever direction }ou w;mt to

remind vourselt).

The Life of the Battery Pack

If tile c\J indicator flashes rapidly just after tinning on the camcordrer with a fully charged battery pack,

tile battery pack should be replaced with a new fully charged one
