Aperture Drive in AF Changes the aperture drive system to
prioritize the auto-focusing tracking
performance or to prioritize silence.
AF w/ Shutter Sets whether to perform auto focusing
when the shutter button is pressed
halfway down. This is useful when you
want to adjust the focus and exposure
separately.
Pre-AF Sets whether or not to perform auto
focus before the shutter button is half
pressed.
AF Transition Speed Sets the speed at which the focus
position is moved when the target of
the auto focus is switched during movie
shooting.
AF Subj. Shift Sensitivity Sets the sensitivity with which the focus
switches to another subject when the
original subject leaves the focus area
during movie shooting.

Focus Area Limit
Limits the types of available focus area
settings in advance.
Switch V/H AF Area Sets whether to adjust the

Sets the color of the frame indicating
the focusing area.
AF Area Registration Sets whether to temporarily move
the focusing frame to a preassigned
position when shooting still images.
Del. Regist. AF Area Deletes the focusing frame position
information that was registered using
[AF Area Registration].
AF Area Auto Clear Sets whether the focus area is displayed
all the time or disappears automatically
shortly after focusing.
