Requirements for smartphones connecting with your Walkman by one touch (NFC)

To connect with your Walkman by the NFC function, the system requirements of the smartphone are as follows.

NFC-compatible smartphones with Android 2.3.3 or later installed (excluding Android 3.X)

Hint

If your smartphone is not NFC-compatible, connect with your Walkman using the Bluetooth function.

Note

If your smartphone OS is Android 2.3.3 or later but prior to Android 4.1, you may need to download the “NFC Easy

Connect” app. For details, refer to the operating instructions supplied with your smartphone.
