Connecting an External Display
Connecting a Computer Display or a Projector
You can connect an external display, such as a computer display or a projector, either directly to your computer or via the
optional port replicator.
To connect a computer display or a projector
!
The monitor port on your computer is not accessible when the computer is attached to the port replicator.
1 Plug the power cord (1) of your external display or the projector into an AC outlet.
2 Connect the external display or the projector to the monitor port (2) on the computer or the port replicator with a display
cable (3).
