Cross-Memory
Recording
When the built-in memory or a memory card currently being used
becomes full during recording, the linear PCM recorder
automatically switches its destination to the other memory media
and continues recording. You can enable or disable the Cross-
Memory function.
ON: The Cross-Memory Recording function is enabled.
OFF*: The Cross-Memory Recording function is disabled. When the
current memory media becomes full, the linear PCM recorder
stops recording.
Playback
Settings
DPC(Speed Control) By using the DPC (Digital Pitch Control) function, you can adjust the
playback speed in a range from 0.25 times to 2.00 times (page
49).
The speed decreases by 0.05 times (from x0.25 to x1.00)
The speed increases by 0.10 times (from x1.00 to x2.00).
Key Control You can adjust the playback sound to higher or lower semitones, in
13 steps: #1 to #6 , 0*,
1 to 6 (page 48).
Effect You can set the effect you want for playback according to the file to
be played. You can also customize effects (page 48).
Upsampling By interpolating and raising the sampling frequency to 2 times or 4
times the original frequency of the source sound, you can improve
the playback sound quality (page 49).
Easy Search By setting the forward or backward skip time interval, you can
quickly locate the point at which you wish to start playback (page
47).
ON: You can skip forward or backward by the specified skip time
by pressing
or in the playback mode.
OFF*: The Easy Search function is disabled. When you press
or
, the linear PCM recorder will move to the next or
previous file.
Set Skip Time: Sets the time to go forward or backward in easy
searching.
Forward Skip Time: Sets the time to skip forward when you press
. (5sec, 10sec*,30sec, 1min, 5min, or 10min)
Reverse Skip Time: Sets the time to skip backwards when you press
. (1sec, 3sec*, 5sec, 10sec, 30sec, 1min, 5min,
or 10min)
