Menu Item Settings (*: Default setting)
Playback
Settings
Play Mode You can select the playback mode, such as shuffle play or repeat
play, according to your purpose.
1 Play 1 File: Only the currently selected file is played.
Play Folder*: All files in the currently selected folder are
played.
ALL Play All Files: All of the files are played.
1 Repeat 1 File: The currently selected file is played
repeatedly.
Repeat Folder: Files in the currently selected folder are
played repeatedly.
ALL Repeat All: All of the files are played repeatedly.
Shuffle in Folder: All files in the currently selected Music
folder are played in random order.
ALL Shuffle All Files: All files in all of the Music folders are
played in random order.
File Selection You can select the folder list display mode of the recorded files.
By Folder*: A folder list is displayed.
Display by Date: A calendar is displayed.

LED
The ACCESS indicator, peak level lamps,
REC indicator, and
PAUSE indicator light up or flash to represent the operational
status of the recorder.
ON*: The indicators light up or flash.
OFF: The indicators do not light up or flash.
Select Memory You can select the memory media on which you want to store a file,
or which contains the file you want to play, edit, or copy.
Built-In Memory*: Files are saved on the built-in memory of the
linear PCM recorder.
Memory Card: Files are saved on the memory card.
Date&Time You can set the clock (page 22).
Time Display You can select between 12 hour-clock and a 24 hour-clock.
12-Hour*: 12:00AM = midnight, 12:00PM = noon
24-Hour: 0:00 = midnight, 12:00 = noon
Remote Control
Setting
To avoid interference, you can allocate channel numbers to the
supplied remote control (receiver unit and transmitter unit).
CH1*: Channel 1 is allocated to the remote control.
CH2: Channel 2 is allocated to the remote control.
CH3: Channel 3 is allocated to the remote control.
