Importing a Certificate

If a problem occurs while installing a USB driver required for operation of this software on Windows 8.1, use the following

procedure to import a certificate manually.

Then, install a USB driver as described in “

Installing a USB Driver.”

Double-click the “digicert-trusted-root-g4.cer” file in the folder that appears after uncompressing the zip

file for the latest USB driver downloaded as described in “

Installing a USB Driver.”

Click [Install Certificate].

Click [Local Machine] under [Store Location], and click [Next].

Click [Place all certificates in the following store], and click [Next].

Click [Finish] to complete importing the certificate.
