Protecting the TV Screen (OLED TV) Precautions to Protect the Screen from Damage Image retention OLED TV‘s are susceptible to image retention (burn-in) due to the characteristics of the materials used. Image retention may occur if images are displayed in the same location on the screen repeatedly or over extended periods of time. This is not a malfunction of the TV. Avoid displaying images that may cause image retention.

Connection Diagram For more information on connections, refer to the Help Guide by pressing HELP on the remote control. Note • When connecting the cable to the Cable/Antenna input, finger tighten only, over tightening the connection can damage the TV.
CENTER SPEAKER IN • To use your TV speakers as the center speaker, connect the output of your AV receiver to the CENTER SPEAKER IN on your TV. • Before connecting cables, disconnect the AC power cord of both TV and AV receiver. • Make sure the [Speakers] is set to [Audio system]. (Headphone) • Supports 3-pole stereo mini jack only. • You cannot output sound from both the headphone and the TV speakers at the same time.
Note • You cannot attach the side cover while the cables are connected to side terminal. • Be sure to store the side cover in a safe place for future use.
Installing the TV to the Wall Using the optional Wall-Mount Bracket (SU-WL855 only) To Customers: For product protection and safety reasons, Sony strongly recommends that installation of your TV be performed by Sony dealers or licensed contractors. Do not attempt to install it yourself. To Sony Dealers and Contractors: Provide full attention to safety during the installation, periodic maintenance and examination of this product.
Remove the screws from the rear of the TV.
Using the optional Wall-Mount Bracket (Except SU-WL855) This TV’s instruction manual only provides the steps to prepare the TV for Wall-Mount installation before it is installed on the wall. Your TV can be mounted to a wall using a suitable Wall-Mount Bracket (not supplied). If the Table-Top Stand is attached to the TV, the TV may require detaching the Table-Top Stand; see page 18 (Detaching the Table-Top Stand from the TV). Prepare the TV for the Wall-Mount Bracket before making cable connections.

Detaching the Table-Top Stand from the TV To detach the Table-Top Stand from the TV, remove the screws . Note • Do not remove the Table-Top Stand for any reason other than to install corresponding accessories on the TV. • Be sure the TV is vertical before turning on. To avoid uneven picture uniformity do not power on the TV with the panel facing down. • When attaching the Table-Top Stand again, be sure to fasten the screws (previously removed) to the original holes on the rear of the TV.
Installing the TV against a wall or enclosed area Ventilation • Never cover the ventilation holes or insert anything into the cabinet. • Leave space around the TV set as shown below. General troubleshooting for issues like: black screen, no sound, frozen picture, TV does not respond, or network is lost, do the following steps. For security purposes, be sure to remove all personal and account information before discarding, selling or passing your TV to someone else by: unlinking/ unregistering, signing out of and deactivating all network services as well as factory reset the TV.
You are concerned about image retention. If the same image is displayed repeatedly or for long periods of time, image retention may occur. To reduce image retention, we recommend that you turn off the TV normally by pressing the power button on the remote control or the TV. Note • Perform Panel refresh manually only when image retention is particularly noticeable. As a reference, perform it only once a year. Avoid performing it more than once a year because it may affect the usable life of the panel.

• Utilisez le câble HDMI avec Ethernet pour connecter le système audio avec eARC. Remarque • Vous ne pouvez pas fixer le couvercle latéral pendant que les câbles sont raccordés à la borne latérale. • Assurez-vous de ranger le couvercle latéral dans un endroit sûr pour une utilisation ultérieure.

Démonter le support de table du téléviseur Démonter le support de table du téléviseur en retirant d’abord les vis . Remarque • N’enlevez pas le support de table pour aucune raison autre que l’installation des accessoires correspondants sur le téléviseur. • Assurez-vous que le téléviseur est en position verticale avant de l’allumer. Pour éviter des irrégularités de l’uniformité de l’image, n’allumez pas le téléviseur avec l’écran vers le bas.
Installation du téléviseur contre un mur ou dans un endroit fermé Ventilation • Ne couvrez jamais les orifices de ventilation, ni insérez aucun objet à l’intérieur de la carcasse du téléviseur. • Laissez un espace suffisant autour du téléviseur comme indiqué ci-dessous. Dépannage En cas de problèmes tels que : écran noir, aucun son, image figée, aucune réponse du téléviseur ou réseau perdu, suivez les étapes suivantes du dépannage général. 1 Redémarrez votre téléviseur en appuyant sur la touche de marche de la télécommande jusqu’à ce qu’un message s’affiche. Le téléviseur redémarrera. Si le problème persiste, débranchez le cordon d’alimentation CA.
La télécommande ne fonctionne pas. Une ligne blanche apparaît à l’écran. Remplacez les piles. Actualisation panneau fonctionne Vous avez oublié le mot de passe du contrôle parental. Entrez 4357 comme NIP, puis entrez le nouveau NIP. Vous avez oublié le mot de passe du profil d’utilisateur restreint. Effectuez un rétablissement forcé de la configuration par défaut. Reportez-vous à la rubrique « Comment réinitialiser le téléviseur à ses réglages d’usine » (page 22).
