warranty

make

risk

loss

software
or
data

Your
responsibility to
remove
or backup
any
removable
media
or parts,
data,
software or other materials

may
have
stored or preserved
on

any

or parts, data, software, or other materials (like pictures, music, videos, etc.) will be lost or reformatted

responsible for any such

Warranty

covers

caused

defects

workmanship
during
ordinary
consumer

cover

purchased

sources

dealer
(including
non-authorized

auctions),
or

due
to

acts

Warranty

not
cover
up
to

sold

not
replace missing components

any

Arbitration Instructions.

make

demand

The
Arbitration
will
take
place
before
a single
arbitrator.
The
arbitration
will
be
administered
in
keeping
with
the
Exped

ted
Procedures of
the
Commercial
Arbitration
Rules
and
the
Supplementary Proceedings
for Consumer-Related
disputes ("
Rules
") of
the
American
Arbitration
As
sociation
("AAA
"),
when
applicable
and
in
effect
when
the
claim
is
filed.

The
filing
fees
to
begin
and
carry
out
arbitration
will
be
shared
between
You
and
Sony
,
but

no
event
shall

the
amount allowable

the

Consumers Disputes
provided
for
by
AAA

at
which
point
Sony
will
cover
all
additional administrative
fees
and
expenses.
This
does
not
prohibit
the
Arbitrator
from
gi
ving
the
winning party their
fees
and
expenses
of
the
arbitrati
on
when
appropr
iate
pursuant
to
the
Rules
.
Unless
You
and
Sony
agree
differently,
the
arbitration
will
take
place
in
the
county
and
state
where
You
live
,
and
applicable
federal
or state
law
shall
govern
the
substance of
any
Dispute during
the
arb
itration.
Howev
er,
the
Federal
Arbitration
Act
, 9 U.S. C. ยง

seq
.,
will
govern
the
arbitration itself

not
any
state
law
on
arbitration.

Arbitrator's decision

be
binding
and
