Protecting the TV Screen (OLED TV) Precautions to Protect the Screen from Damage Image retention OLED TV‘s are susceptible to image retention (burn-in) due to the characteristics of the materials used. Image retention may occur if images are displayed in the same location on the screen repeatedly or over extended periods of time. This is not a malfunction of the TV. Avoid displaying images that may cause image retention.

Using Remote Control Remote Control Parts Description The remote control shape, location, availability and function of remote control buttons may vary depending on your region/country/TV model. MIC US (Google Assistant) / (Microphone) Use the Google Assistant*1*2 or Voice Search*2. (e.g., Search various content by voice.) STB MENU Display the connected Set Top Box (cable/satellite box) menu after connecting and setting up the IR Blaster (page 12).
ACTION MENU WIDE Display a list of contextual functions. Change the screen format. GUIDE PIC OFF Display the digital program guide. Turn the picture off, while sound remains on. APPS Access various services and applications. BACK Return to the previous screen. HOME Guidelines for IR Remote Control • Point your remote control directly at the IR sensor located on your TV. • Make sure that no objects are blocking the path between the remote control and the IR sensor on your TV.
Connection Diagram For more information on connections, refer to the Help Guide by pressing HELP on the remote control. Note • When connecting the cable to the Cable/Antenna input, finger tighten only, over tightening the connection can damage the TV.
REMOTE RS-232C REMOTE IR IN • These jacks are for receiving the external control signal. Enables extended control of the TV using RS232C via the RS-232C and IR IN jacks. RS-232C: connect to the RS-232C terminal of the home controller. IR IN: connect to the IR out terminal of the home controller. • Take care to not connect to headphones or an external audio system.
USB 1/2, USB 3 • Connecting a large USB device may interfere with other connected devices beside it. • When connecting a large USB device, connect to the USB 1 port. (Headphone) • Supports 3-pole stereo mini jack only. • You cannot output sound from both the headphone and the TV speakers at the same time. US * Only on limited region/country/TV model. Note • You cannot attach the side covers and while the cables are connected to side terminal.
Installing the TV to the Wall This TV’s instruction manual only shows the steps on preparing the installation of the TV before installing to the wall. Your TV can be mounted on a wall using a Wall-Mount Bracket (not supplied) out of the box as packaged. If the Table-Top Stand is attached to the TV, the TV may require detaching the Table-Top Stand; see page 20 (Detaching the Table-Top Stand from the TV). Prepare the TV for the Wall-Mount Bracket before making cable connections.
Installing the TV to the Wall from Carton 1 Remove the cushion and attach (supplied with the TV) to the rear of the TV. US 2 Remove the screws from the rear of the TV.

Installing the TV to the Wall from Table-Top Stand 1 Insert the corner guards. US 2 Remove the center covers. 3 Remove the screws.
4 Detach the stand base. 5 Close the center block by releasing the hinge lock.
6 Attach (supplied with the TV) to the rear of the TV. US 7 Remove the screws from the rear of the TV.
8 Attach the Wall-Mount Bracket (not supplied) using the screws (not supplied). Detaching the Table-Top Stand from the TV To detach the Table-Top Stand from the TV, remove the screws . x3 Note • Do not remove the Table-Top Stand for any reason other than to install corresponding accessories on the TV. • Be sure the TV is vertical before turning on.
Installing the TV against a wall or enclosed area Ventilation • Never cover the ventilation holes or insert anything in the cabinet. • Leave space around the TV set as shown below. Troubleshooting General troubleshooting for issues like: black screen, no sound, frozen picture, TV does not respond, or network is lost, do the following steps. Troubles and Solutions When the illumination LED is flashing in red. Count how many times it flashes (interval 1 Restart your TV by pressing the power button on the remote control until a message appears. The TV will restart. If the TV does not recover, try unplugging the TV from the AC power cord for three minutes and then plug it in again.
You are concerned about image retention. If the same image is displayed repeatedly or for long periods of time, image retention may occur. To reduce image retention, we recommend that you turn off the TV normally by pressing the power button on the remote control or the TV. Note • Perform Panel refresh manually only when image retention is particularly noticeable. As a reference, perform it only once a year. Avoid performing it more than once a year because it may affect the usable life of the panel.
Audio: In eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) mode* Refer to the Help Guide for details. Except eARC mode 5.1 channel linear PCM: 32/44.1/48/88.2/ 96/176.4/192 kHz 16/20/24 bits, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS * eARC will be available when software is updated. Visit Sony support website (information provided on the front cover) for the latest information. eARC mode is active when [eARC mode] is set to [Auto], [Speakers] is set to [Audio system] and eARC compatible audio system is connected.

Protection de l’écran du téléviseur (Téléviseur DELO) Précautions pour protéger l’écran contre les dommages Persistance d’image Les téléviseurs DELO sont susceptibles de présenter de la persistance d’image (rémanente) en raison des caractéristiques des matériaux utilisés. La persistance d’image peut se produire si des images sont affichées au même endroit sur l’écran à plusieurs reprises ou pendant des durées prolongées. Il ne s’agit pas d’un problème de fonctionnement du téléviseur.

REMOTE RS-232C REMOTE IR IN • Ces prises permettent de recevoir le signal de commande externe. Elles permettent le contrôle étendu du téléviseur à l’aide d’une liaison RS-232C via les prises RS-232C et IR IN. RS-232C : raccordez à la borne RS-232C du contrôleur domestique. IR IN : raccordez à la borne de sortie IR du contrôleur domestique. • Assurez-vous de ne pas effectuer le raccordement à un casque d’écoute ou un système audio externe.
• Pour apprécier des contenus 4K 60p de haute qualité, connectez un câble HDMI haute vitesse de qualité supérieure et réglez le [Format du signal HDMI] à [Format amélioré]. Effectuez ce réglage individuellement pour chaque borne HDMI IN raccordée. Pour plus de détails sur les formats pris en charge, reportez-vous à la section « Spécifications » de ce manuel (page 25-26). • HDMI IN 3 ARC (Audio Return Channel) Raccordez votre système audio au HDMI IN 3 pour acheminer l’audio TV vers votre système audio.
Fixer le téléviseur au mur Le mode d’emploi de ce téléviseur montre les étapes de préparation de l’installation du téléviseur avant de l’installer au mur. Votre téléviseur peut être installé au mur avec un support de fixation murale (non fourni) dès sa sortie de l’emballage. Il se peut que le support de table soit fixé au téléviseur, dans ce cas, vous devez d’abord démonter le support de table du téléviseur ; reportez-vous à la page 21 (Démonter le support de table du téléviseur).

Installation du téléviseur contre un mur ou dans un endroit fermé Ventilation • Ne couvrez jamais les orifices de ventilation, ni insérez aucun objet à l’intérieur de la carcasse du téléviseur. • Laissez un espace suffisant autour du téléviseur comme indiqué ci-dessous. Dépannage En cas de problèmes tels que : écran noir, aucun son, image figée, aucune réponse du téléviseur ou réseau perdu, suivez les étapes suivantes du dépannage général. 1 Redémarrez votre téléviseur en appuyant sur la touche de marche de la télécommande jusqu’à ce qu’un message s’affiche. Le téléviseur redémarrera. Si le problème persiste, débranchez le cordon d’alimentation CA du téléviseur et attendez trois minutes avant de le rebrancher.
La touche STB MENU de la télécommande ne fonctionne pas. Vérifiez la connexion et configurez l’IR Blaster (page 13). Vous avez oublié le mot de passe du contrôle parental. Entrez 4357 comme NIP, puis entrez le nouveau NIP. Vous avez oublié le mot de passe du profil d’utilisateur restreint. Effectuez un rétablissement forcé de la Une ligne blanche apparaît à l’écran.
