Q1: If the pairing is not successful?
A1: Turn of the speaker and turn on again, then repair again.
Q2: The sound is low or completely silent.
A2: Make sure the connection (either Bluetooth or AUX) is fully functioning and secure.
If you are using the AUX port check the cable is connected properly.
Check the speaker and audio device volume and that an audible music track is playing.
Q3: My device cannot find the speaker
A3: Ensure the Bluetooth is on and not hidden on your audio device and that the speaker is
not paired to another device.
Q4: The person on the other end of my call cannot hear me or I cannot hear them.
A4: Make sure the volume is turned up on both the speaker and phone.
Make sure there is no obstruction to the microphone (which is positioned in the front behind
the speaker grille)
