14. The appliance must not be used if the glass is damaged.
15. This heater is for use on 120 volts electrical outlet. The cord has a plug as shown in
figure A. An adapter as shown as in figure C is available for connecting three-blade
grounding-type plugs to two-slot receptacles. The green grounding plug extending fr om
the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded
outlet box. The adapter should not be used if a three-slot grounded receptacle is
available.

1. Only use on an even and stable surface to avoid the appliance from tipping over.
2. Keep a minimum distance of 1 m to furnitures, curtains and other flammable materials.
Do not place the appliance underneath a power socket.
3. Do not use the appliance in rooms in which highly flammable materials such as gas,
paints, gasoline, solvents, etc. are stored.
4. To avoid overheating and fire, never cover the appliance and its vents.
5. Do not use the appliance in bathrooms, laundry rooms or other equally moist places.
6. Do not place the power cord underneath carpets etc.
7. The warm air vent becomes very hot during operation. During operation, only touch the
appliance s switches and handles.
8. The appliance must not be moved when hot. Never touch the hot parts with your bare
skin.
