Dunston Bar Cabinet Assembly Instructions Start screwing with fingers to help align screw. Use Screws (K) and Wood Dowels (F) to attach Article Wine Racks (9) to Top Panel (1) and both Shelf Panels (8). Tighten screws with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 1 Start screwing with finger to help align cam bolts. Insert Cam Locks (B) into holes on Middle Panels (7). Screw Cam Bolts (A) into threaded holes on Lower Shelf Panel (6).
Insert Cam Locks (B) into holes on Upper Back Panel (5). Screw Cam Bolts (A) into threaded holes on Lower Shelf Panel (6). Attach Upper Back Panel (5) to Lower Shelf Panel (6) using Cam Bolts (A). Tighten by rotating Cam Locks (B) clockwise 7 with Phillips screwdriver. Attach Shelf Panels (8) to Middle Panels (7) 7 by inserting Wood Dowels (F) into corresponding holes. Start with finger to help align Cam Bolts. Insert Small Cam Locks (E) into pre-drilled holes on Side Small Middle Panel (10). Screw Small Cam Bolts (D) into pre-drilled holes on Lower Shelf Panel (6). 6 Attach assembled unit & Side Small Middle Panel (10) & Small Middle Panel (11) by inserting Small Cam Bolts (D) into corresponding holes until all components meet. Tighten Small Cam Bolts (D) by rotating Small Cam Locks (E) clockwise using Phillips screwdriver (not included).
Insert Cam Locks (B) into holes on assembled unit from Figure 5. Screw Cam Bolts (A) into threaded holes on Top Panel (1). Attach Top Panel (1) to assembled unit using Cam Bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (F). Tighten by rotating Cam Locks (B) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver or Cam Tool (X). Cover Cam Locks (B) with Cotton Mat (C). Figure 7 Use Screws (L) to attach Lower Back Panel (12) to unit. Tighten Screws (L) with Phillips screwdriver.
Insert Cam Locks (B) into holes on Drawer Crossbar (13). Screw Cam Bolts (A) into threaded holes on Left Side Panel (2) and Right Side Panel (3). Attach Left Side Panel (2) and Right Side Panel (3) to Drawer Crossbar (13) using Cam Bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (F). Tighten by rotating Cam Locks (B) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Attach Back Connector Panel (14) and Lower Bottom Panel (15) to Side Panels (2/3) using Bolts (M), Flat Washers (N), and Spring Washers (O).
Attach Left Door (24) and Right Door (25) onto assembled unit using Hinges (S) and Screws (T). Attach Magnet (P) to assembled unit using Screw (L). Attach Magnet Plate (Q) to inside of door panels using Screws (R). Tighten Screws (T) with a Phillips screwdriver. Attach Door Handles (G) to doors using Bolt (I). Tighten bolts with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 11 Insert Shelf Pins (U) into holes on side panels. Insert adjustable Glass Shelf (26) in arrows direction.
Insert Cam Lock (E) into hole on Drawer Brace Panel (22). Screw Cam Bolt (D) into threaded hole on Drawer Face Panel (18) and attach to Drawer Brace Panel (22). Tighten by rotating Cam Locks (B) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Attach Drawer Side Panels (19/20) to Drawer Back Panel (21) using Screws (K). Tighten with Phillips screwdriver. Insert Drawer Bottom Panel (23) into grooves of Panels (19/20/21). Attach Drawer Front Panel (18) to unit using Screws (K).
Attach Brackets (W) to Back Panel using Screws (W). Tighten Screws (W) using a Philips screwdriver. Mark two desired locations on wall, same distance as Brackets (W) on back of unit. Drill two 3/16" holes on wall. Insert Plastic W Anchors (W) into holes on wall. (Use hammer to help.) Attach Brackets (W) to wall using Screws (W). Tighten using a Philips screwdriver. Move this item close to wall Brackets (W) and tie in both Brackets (W) with Plastic Straps (W) as shown.
