5. Starter Grip: Pull the starter grip to start engine. Refer to Engine Owner's Manual

for further information.

6. Tow Bar (if equipped): Used to tow the chipper shredder behind a lawn tractor or

ATV. Tow speed must not exceed 6 mph. Not approved for highway usage.

7. Throttle Control: Regulates the engine speed. Throttle control must be placed in

the fast

position for the engine to operate properly. Refer to Engine Owner's

Manual for further information.

8. Chipper Chute: Branches up to 2.5" (63.5 mm) in diameter may be fed into the

chipper chute for chipping.

9. Wing Knobs: Holds chute deflector in place during operation and can be loosened

to allow access to impeller housing.

10. Chute Deflector: Debris is discharged from chute.

11. Debris Bag: Collects debris discharged through chute deflector.
