Maintenance
• Save these instructions
WARNING
Before performing any maintenance, turn engine off and remove the
spark plug wire from the spark plug and place it where it cannot come in contact with
plug to prevent accidental starting and serious injury.
WARNING
Use only GENUINE replacement parts. Other parts may damage the
machine or result in injury.
CAUTION
Muffler and other engine parts become extremely hot during operation
and remain hot after engine has stopped. To avoid severe burns on contact, stay away
from these areas.
IMPORTANT: The warranty on this chipper shredder does not cover items that have
been subjected to operator abuse or negligence. To receive full value from the warranty,
the operator must maintain the chipper shredder as instructed in this manual, and only
use genuine replacement parts.

Cleaning chipper shredder with a forceful spray of water is not
recommended as it could contaminate the fuel system.
