Failure to add oil will result in serious engine damage. • Gasoline is extremely flammable and vapors can explode if ignited. Handle with care. SAE 10W-30 A bottle of SAE 30 engine oil is included with your edger. Refer to the chart on the right for alternative oil types to use at different temperatures.

Regular maintenance of air cleaner will help improve engine performance and reduce emissions. WARNING Never clean air filter with gasoline or an easy ignited solvent because it may cause explosion. NOTE: Refer to Figure 14 when following the steps below: 1. Remove the air filter cover bolts.
