SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Never operate the xture with missing glass safety shield or safety grill.
• Not a hazardous location xture.
• Not for use under water in spas, pools, ponds or other bodies of water.
• This xture is not intended for use nor safe to use in potentially dangerous locations sush as
places with explosive or ammable atmospheres, corrosive fumes, ammable paints, solvents,
ammable mixtures, thinners, ignitable vapors, combustible dust, ignitable ying bers or
other ammable atmospheres.
• Never use around heavy volatile uids such as gasoline.
WARNING: Turn o power supply to avoid risk of electrical shock. This xture must be
wired in accordance with the National Electric Code and all applicable local codes and
ordinances. Proper grounding is required to ensure personal safety. All work must be
done by a qualied electrician.
WARNING: Turn o power supply before installing or servicing xture.
NOTE: Make certain that the xure is connected to a 120 volt power source. UL approved
wire connectors should be used. Be sure no loose strands of wire are sticking out from
under your wire connectors.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MOUNTING:
1. Unscrew guard and glass lens.
2. Mount housing to either 3/4" hanging conduit or to a surface using the two tabs
and screws provided.
3. Connect the white supply wire to the white xture wire using a wire nut (not included).
Connect the black supply wire to the black xure with using a wire nut (not included). Connect
the ground wire to the green ground screw.
4. Attach socket plate to the housing and fasten securely with screws, making sure no wires
are sticking out from the housing.
5. Screw in lamp, glass lens and guard.
6. Turn power back on at main fuse/breaker box.
