Any part of the system emits smoke or an irregular smell or sound.
The X-ray continues to expose or not expose at all during the diagnostic process.
The detector reaches an excessively high temperature.
The detector is dropped and damaged.
7.5 Maintenance Note
Do not open and retrofit the detector as this will invalidate the guarantee of product quality and service.
After-sales service for our product will be provided within warranty period. We will not be responsible
for damage to the product due to incorrect or unsafe handling of the product.
8 Storage and Transportation
8.1 Storage
Store in a dry and well-ventilated area, and away from strong sunlight and corrosive gas. Do not invert
or heap up more than three layers. Do not store more than 100kg of materials on top of the detector.
The detector should be tested every two months. Power the detector for at least two hours in a normal
operation environment to ensure the detector functions correctly. Return the detector to storage once
normal functionality has been verified.
8.2 Transportation
The packing instructions for the detector are as follows.
Pack the detector with a special antistatic bag and seal.
Place the EPE damping foam on the both ends of the detector.
Put the detector into the packing box and make sure the X-ray exposure surface is placed in an
upward position ( ).
Transportation and storage conditions should be established during sale and purchase. Keep the
detector dry, upright, and in a secure position during transportation.
