•Stellen Sie sicher, dass am Montageort die benötigte Einbautiefe vorhanden ist
(siehe techn. Daten).
•Sägen Sie die Einbauöffnung aus (Durchmesser siehe techn. Daten).
•Bohren Sie die Befestigungslöcher für den Lautsprecher (hierzu kann der
Lautsprecher als Schablone verwendet werden). Der Lochkreisdurchmesser der
Typen mit eckiger Frontplatte beträgt 105mm, der Lochkreisdurchmesser der
Typen mit runder Frontplatte beträgt 90mm.
•Verlegen Sie die Lautsprecherleitung vom Lautsprecherausgang Ihres Verstärkers
zum Einbauort.
•Schließen Sie den Lautsprecher vor der endgültigen Montage an den Verstärker an
(siehe Kapitel "Anschluss").
•Befestigen Sie den Einbaulautsprecher mit geeigneten Schrauben in der
Montagefläche.
Anschluss
Beachten Sie beim Anschluss des Lautsprechers, dass die Anschluss-
kabel nicht gequetscht oder durch scharfe Kanten beschädigt
werden.
Ein Anschluss darf nur an geeignete Lautsprecherausgänge von
Audioverstärkern erfolgen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die in den technischen Daten angegebenen
Werte für Impedanz und/oder Belastbarkeit mit den Daten des ange-
schlossenen Verstärkers harmonieren. Ansonsten kann es zu
Beschädigungen des Lautsprechers oder des Verstärkers kommen.
Der Verstärker, an den der Lautsprecher angeschlossen wird muss
während der Anschlussarbeiten von seiner Stromversorgung
getrennt werden (Netzstecker ziehen!).
Verbinden Sie die Lautsprecherleitungen des Verstärkers mit den Anschlusszungen
des Lautsprechers:
positive Lautsprecherleitung > Anschluss (+)
negative Lautsprecherleitung > Anschluss (-)
Entsorgung
Entsorgen Sie das Produkt am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gemäß den gel-
tenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.

Intended use
The built-in loudspeaker is used to convert the electric output signals from audio
amplifiers into audible sound waves and is only licensed for connection to the loud-
speaker outputs of such devices.
Use is only permitted in closed rooms; do not use in the open air. Contact with humi-
dity, e.g. in bathrooms or similar rooms, must be avoided at all times.
Use other than that described above will lead to damage to the product and involves
other risks, such as shorts, fire etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted.
The safety instructions must be observed at all times.
Safety instructions
The warranty will be rendered invalid for damage caused due to non-
compliance with these operating instructions. We shall not be liable
for any consequential loss.
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury
caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety
instructions. Any guarantee claims expire in such cases.
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important information in
these operating instructions which is to be strictly followed. Please
read these instructions completely before operating the device for
the first time. They contain important information on correct opera-
tion.
•For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification to the pro-
duct is not permitted.
•When connecting the built-in loudspeaker, the safety instructions of the device to
which it is connected must also be observed.
•Do not listen to excessively loud music for longer periods of time. This could dama-
ge your hearing.
•Do not expose the device to high temperatures, strong vibrations or dripping or
spray water.
•Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly as it may become a
dangerous toy in the hands of children.
•On commercial premises, the accident prevention regulations of the Employer’s
Liability Insurance Association for Electrical Systems and Operating Materials are
to be observed.
•If you are not sure about the correct connection or if questions arise which are not
covered by the operating instructions, please do not hesitate to contact our techni-
cal support or another specialist.

Installation
Make sure that the mounting area can support the weight of the
loudspeaker.
The loudspeaker is to be fixed reliably to prevent it from falling down
and thus to avoid the risk of injury.
Prior to drilling the attachment holes, or before sawing out the instal-
lation opening, make sure that no damage is caused to electric
cables, water pipes or similar behind the mounting surface.
When using tools to install your loudspeaker, observe the manufac-
turers’ safety precautions.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Einbaulautsprecher dient zur Umwandlung der elektrischen Ausgangssignale
von Audioverstärkern in hörbare Schallwellen und ist nur für den Anschluss an
Lautsprecherausgänge von solchen Geräten zugelassen.
Eine Verwendung ist nur in geschlossenen Räumen, also nicht im Freien erlaubt. Der
Kontakt mit Feuchtigkeit z.B. im Badezimmer u.ä. Räumen ist unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Eine andere Verwendung, als zuvor beschrieben, führt zur Beschädigung des
Lautsprechers und ist überdies mit Gefahren z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischer
Schlag etc. verbunden.
Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert oder umgebaut werden.
Die Sicherheitshinweise sind unbedingt zu befolgen.

Gerätes, an das er angeschlossen wird ebenfalls zu beachten.
•Musik sollte nicht über einen längeren Zeitraum mit übermäßiger Lautstärke
gehört werden. Hierdurch kann das Gehör geschädigt werden.
•Setzen Sie den Lautsprecher keinen hohen Temperaturen, Tropf- oder Spritz-
wasser sowie starken Vibrationen aus.
•Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen, es könnte für Kinder zu
einem gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.
•In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften des
Verbandes der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften für elektrische Anlagen und
Betriebsmittel zu beachten.
•Sollten Sie sich über den korrekten Anschluss nicht im Klaren sein oder sollten sich
Fragen ergeben, die nicht im Laufe der Bedienungsanleitung abgeklärt werden, so
setzen Sie sich bitte mit unserer technischen Auskunft oder einem anderen
Fachmann in Verbindung.

Montage
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Montagefläche die Last des
Lautsprechers tragen kann.
Der Lautsprecher muss sicher befestigt werden, um ein Herabfallen
und die damit verbundene Unfallgefahr zu verhindern.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Ausführung von Befestigungs-
bohrungen bzw. vor dem Aussägen der Einbauöffnung, dass hier-
durch keine elektrischen Kabel, Wasserleitungen o.ä. hinter der
Montagefläche beschädigt werden.
Beachten Sie bei der Verwendung von Werkzeugen zum Einbau Ihres
Lautsprechers die Sicherheitshinweise der Werkzeughersteller.

•Make sure that sufficient space is available behind the mounting area (see tech-
nical data).
•Saw out the installation opening (for diameter, see technical data).
•Drill the attachment holes for the loudspeaker (the loudspeaker may be used as a
template for this purpose). The hole diameter for the types with a square front
panel is 105mm, and the hole diameter for the types with a round front panel is
90 mm.
•Lay the loudspeaker cable from the loudspeaker output on your amplifier to the
place of installation.
•Connect the loudspeaker to the amplifier before finally mounting it (see the chap-
ter „Connection“).
•Attach the built-in loudspeaker to the mounting surface using suitable screws.
Connection
When connecting the loudspeakers, make sure that the connection
cables are not pinched or damaged by sharp edges.
The connection may only be made on suitable loudspeaker outputs of
audio amplifiers.
Make sure that the data for impedance and/or load capacity stated in
the Technical Data table agree with the data of the connected ampli-
fier. Otherwise, damage to the loudspeaker or the amplifier can
occur.
The amplifier to which the loudspeaker is to be connected must be
separated from the power supply during the connection process
(unplug the power plug!).
Connect the loudspeaker cables on the amplifier to the connection tongues on the
loudspeaker:
positive loudspeaker line > connection (+)
negative loudspeaker line > connection (-)
Disposal
Dispose of the product at the end of its service life in accordance with the
current statutory regulations.
