Setup and Operation Aqua808 Transmitter and H2O Headworn Microphone Prior to use, the internal battery should charge for a minimum of 12 hours. The battery charging unit is provided with a metal connector identical to the metal connector on the headset cable. To attach, align the notch in the connector inner ring with the alignment pin in the transmitter connector. Once aligned, press together and twist the locking ring to the right until it clicks into place.
Aqua808 Transmitter and H2O Headworn Microphone (continued) A. Headset cable must be attached securely before use in order to be waterproof. B. The slot in the inner ring of the headset cable connector must align with the key in the bodypack transmitter connector. C. Once the headset cable connector is mated to the bodypack transmitter connector, twist the locking collar clockwise to lock in place.
Group.X Audio System Prior to power on, install the included external antenna and set all volumes and echo to minimum, treble and bass to 5. Power on the Group.X main unit and adjust the Master Volume to 2 or 3. This level is simply to allow for adjustment of CD and mic levels - once the CD and mic levels are satisfactory, the Master Volume can be used to adjust the ‘overall’ volume, allowing the preferred mix of CD to mic to remain unchanged. Adjust the CD volume to approximately 5, or or as desired.
