Thank you for your choice of Speco Technologies’ POEINJ IP camera accessory. This unit is designed and manufactured to provide an

economical solution for powering IP cameras using Power over Ethernet. The sturdy construction of these units ensures a long & productive

life.

DESCRIPTION

The POEINJ is an Ethernet power device that will take a data signal from a network switch and power from the included AC power cable and

transmit it over Cat5/5e/6 cable in a manner capable of powering and receiving images from a PoE capable camera.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Turn off power to the units and sources. Installing the

POEINJ while power is live may damage the units.

2) Use an RJ45 network cable to connect the remote camera to the

POEINJ through the P+D (Power + Data) /OUT connection.

3) Use an RJ45 network cable to connect your network switch with the

POEINJ Data/In port.

4) Connect the power adapter.

5) Confirm all cables are connected securely and properly and power

on all units.
