5. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw on the bracket that secures the
connector to the disk drive (
Figure 3-10).
Caution: Take care not to
damage the
flex circuit;
keep the cable
as straight as
possible.
6. Carefully remove the bracket from the disk drive, sliding it first down the cable,
then off (
Figure 3-11).
