EPA TSCA Inventory:
All of the components of this product are either on the Toxic
Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory List or exempt.
This chemical is a pesticide product registered by the Environmental Protection Agency
and is subjected to certain labeling requirements under the federal pesticide law. These
requirements differ from the classification criteria and hazard information required for
safety data sheets, and for workplace labels of non-pesticide chemicals. Following is the
hazard information as required on the pesticide label:
CAUTION: Avoid contact with skin or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin
contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Wash hands thoroughly with
soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or
using the toilet. Wear long-sleeved shirt, long pants, socks and shoes, and gloves.
FIRST AID: If on Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately
with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for
treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling a Poison
Control Center or doctor, or going for treatment. For additional information on this
pesticide product (including health concerns, medical emergencies or pesticide concerns),
you may call 1-800-917-5438, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and
invertebrates. Do not apply directly to or near water. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to
aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas. See Directions for Use for additional
precautions and requirements. This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct
treatment on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to
blooming crops or weeds while bees are actively foraging the treatment area.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Pesticide Storage: Store this product in a cool, dry (preferably
locked) place away from heat and open flame and food and pet food, in an area that is
inaccessible to children and animals. Pesticide Disposal and Container Handling: Do Not
Puncture or Incinerate! If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly
filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMCIAL HAZARDS: Contents under pressure. Do not use or store near
heat or open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to temperatures
above 130°F may cause bursting.
