Toshiba is now offering the Polycom® SpectraLink® 8400 VoWLAN series handsets. These telephones

deliver on a fundamental need for enterprise-grade on-site voice mobility. Characterized by market-leading

Polycom HD Voice™ quality, durability, and broad telephony and WLAN interoperability, SpectraLink 8400

handsets deliver a reliable user experience. The SpectraLink 8400 series (shown below) enhances the

customer value proposition through an optional integrated barcode scanner and an enhanced standards-

based applications interface. In partnership with the Polycom applications development ecosystem, the

SpectraLink 8400 product toolset enables new opportunities for end-user productivity solutions.

The Polycom SpectraLink 8400 series includes

• The SpectraLink 8400 handset provides

Support Support As set forth in Toshiba’s warranty regarding 3rd party products, Toshiba will provide warranty support for the period of warranty. As set forth in Toshiba’s Product Lifecycle Policy for 3rd party products, technical support is available throughout a product's lifecycle and for no more than 12 months after the product reaches the end of its manufacture discontinuance.

Support Technical Support Toshiba Dealers are requested to provide Tier 1 basic troubleshooting for its customers. Toshiba will provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for its Dealers as required. For Polycom 8400 Series related issues, Dealers are requested to contact Polycom directly for Tier 2 immediate troubleshooting and Tier 3 advanced troubleshooting and trace analysis support. Polycom offers advanced support services options for the Spectralink 8440/8450.
