WARRANTY GUARANTEE
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
●All Applied Applications Int'l LLC products come with an unconditional guarantee to be free from defective
material and workmanship under normal service and use for which they were designed.
●Applied Applications Int'l LLC will repair or replace (free of charge) any defective product or part(s).
●However, Applied Applications Int'l LLC is not responsible for any peripheral costs including,
but not limited to, cost of removal and replacement, liabilities, lost profit, loss of goodwill,
or any other general, special, incidental or consequential damages incurred in connection
with the purchase of Applied Applications Int'l LLC products.
●The warranty on the finish surface of the Speedi-Boot, Speedi-Vent, Speedi-Products, and
Speedi-Grille, painted registers, grilles and diffusers is for a period of 90 days and
includes defects in material and workmanship (under normal service.)
RETURN OF GOODS:
●No goods may be returned without written Return Goods Authorization. Any goods returned
to Applied Applications Int'l. LLC without written authorization will be refused and returned at your expense.
●To be eligible for credit, only complete carton quantities may be returned within the original factory cartons.
●Restocking fee of 25% of invoice value, plus any freight costs paid by Applied Applications Int'l LLC.
●Return requests must be received within 90 days of date of purchase.
●All returns are inspected, and credit may be forfeited if damage occurred due to improper repackaging.
●Items considered to be defective in material or workmanship will be replaced or credited at our
discretion, within 90 days from date of invoice. Such is the sole and exclusive remedy against
Applied Applications Int'l LLC. No charge backs or labor charges will be honored by or paid by Applied
Applications Int'l LLC. Applied Applications Int'l LLC shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss
which may be sustained or claimed.
