Remove your jewelry before using air compressor. Do not wear loose clothing, necklaces, rings, bracelets, or other jewelry, which may get caught in moving parts.
Important Operating Instructions GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS • Do not over inflate. Never exceed the maximum pressure rating of any inflatable. Check pressure frequently during inflation. • Pull the safety pressure bypass valve prior to operation to ensure that the valve is functioning properly and to clear the valve of any possible obstructions. • Beware of possible explosions. The unit is capable of producing compressed air at high pressure which could cause tires, toys, or other inflatables to explode.
Important Operating Instructions FILLING THE TANK Read the entire safety instructions before use. 1. Fill the tank from a clean and dry compressed air source to the maximum 125 air pressure. The best sources for compressed air are local full service gas stations or truck stops. 2. To fill, press the chuck of the compressed air source hose to the tank’s fill stem. While filling, observe the pressure gauge. DO NOT OVERFILL.
Important Operating Instructions MAINTENANCE 1. Regularly drain water condensation from the tank, which can lead to internal corrosion and damage to the tank. To drain, hold the tank upside down and remove the bypass valve spring. 2. Due to internal corrosion, do not use the tank beyond the destroy date stamped on the leg of the tank. Safely disable the tank as follows: a. Depressurize the air tank completely by holding the bypass valve spring open.
