Montagehinweis Die Montage und Installation darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen. Dabei sind die geltenden Normen, Errichtervorschriften und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften zu beachten. Bei Nichtbeachtung können Schäden an Material sowie Gefahren für Leib und Leben entstehen! Die Befestigung der Rapid-Box erfolgt über die Außenbefestigungslaschen. Die Montage ist in senkrechter sowie waagerechter Ausrichtung möglich. Die Gehäuseöffnungen sind mit den beiliegenden Verschlussschrauben bzw.
DEUTSCH Die vorgesehene Abgangsleitung wird durch die Kabelverschraubung (Dichtbereich 9-16 mm) in das Gehäuse eingeführt. Die Einzeladern werden an den Kontakten und an den Sicherungsautomaten kontaktiert. Der Anschluss der Abgangsleitung direkt an die Kontakte erfolgt mit einem Drehmoment von 2 Nm. Es sind Einzeladern mit einem Querschnitt von 1 mm² bis 6 mm² zugelassen.
Montagehinweis Die Montageplatte lässt sich um 180° verdrehen, wenn die Installationsgegebenheiten es erfordern. Hierzu ist es nicht nötig die bereits auf der Montageplatte verbauten Komponenten zu deinstallieren. Die Platte kann samt aller Aufbauten gelöst und verdreht werden. Dafür sind die vier Befestigungspunkte zu lösen. Hierzu sind die Verschlussstopfen der Fixierungs- Nun lässt sich die Montageplatte anheben und um punkte durch Abhebeln zu entfernen und die darun- 180° verdrehen.
DEUTSCH Vor dem nächsten Schritt sollten eventuelle Zusatzanbauten (z.B. Abgangsleitungen) bereits installiert worden sein! Nach Abschluss der Gehäusemontage wird der Deckel geöffnet und die Leitung lose über die Klemme gelegt. Nun müssen ca. 340 mm des Mantels der Leitung entfernt werden. Das vorhergehende Markieren erleichtert diesen Arbeitsschritt. ca. 340 mm Nach dem Entfernen des Mantels müssen die Einzeladern aufgebogen und in die vorgesehenen Kammern der Klemme positioniert werden.
Montagehinweis Hinweis: Wenn die Klemme als Verbindungsklemme genutzt wird, müssen die beiden Leitungsenden unter eine Klemmstelle angeordnet werden. Vor dem endgültigen Einlegen der Leitung muss die Dichtung vorbereitet werden. Diese ist im konischen Bereich der vier Dichtschalen mit dem separat erhältlichen Montagemittel POWERSIL® Paste AP (Artikel-Nr. 492 590 01) zu benetzen. Bei jedem erneuten Verschließen ist dieser Vorgang zu wiederholen. Gehäuse Deckel Nun kann die Leitung eingelegt werden.
DEUTSCH Zum Abschluss müssen noch die Schutzkappen auf die Mantelmuttern gedrückt werden um die Handrückensicherheit zu gewährleisten. Zum Schließen des Gehäuses müssen die Halbschalen der Dichtung in Position gebracht werden um anschließend den Deckel zuzuklappen. Jegliche Verschmutzungen an der Dichtung müssen entfernt werden und die Dichtungshalbschalen müssen sauber aufeinander liegen um eine optimale Abdichtung zu gewährleisten.
Wartungshinweise Zur Gewährleistung der Betriebssicherheit muss die elektrische Anlage nach der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetriebsSichV) regelmäßig Wiederholungsprüfungen durch eine Elektrofachkraft unterzogen werden. Alle Schraubverbindungen sind nachzuziehen. Hierbei ist ein Drehmoment von 2 Nm anzuwenden. Die Schraubanschlüsse der Sicherungsautomaten sind mit einem Drehmoment von 2,8 Nm nachzuziehen. Die Sicherungsautomaten sind, nach Herstellerangeben, auf Funktion zu überprüfen.
DEUTSCH Entsorgung Wenn keine Rücknahme- oder Entsorgungsvereinbarung getroffen wurde, sind die Bestandteile der Rapid-Box der Wiederverwertung zuzuführen. Die Rapid-Box unterliegt der WEEE-Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte und ist somit nicht im Hausmüll zu entsorgen.

Installation instructions Assembly and installation may only be carried out by qualified personnel. Applicable standards, installation regulations and accident prevention regulations must be observed. Non-observance can cause damage to the equipment and result in endangering life and limb! The Rapid-Box is fastened using external fastening straps. Installation is possible both along vertical and horizontal alignments. The housing openings must be closed with the enclosed locking screws resp. cable glands.
The intended outgoing cable is inserted into the housing through the cable gland (sealing range 9 to 16 mm). The outgoing cable is directly connected to the contacts with a torque of 2 Nm. Single wires with a cross-section of 1 mm² to 6 mm² are permitted. Installation instructions The mounting plate can be rotated by 180° if so required by the installation conditions. It is not necessary to disassemble the components already installed on the mounting plate. The plate can be loosened and rotated together with all assembled elements. Tighten all screw connections of the HTEs as well as screw connection points of the PE terminal. A torque of 2 Nm must be applied. Tighten the screw connections of the circuit breakers with a torque of 2.8 Nm.
Disposal instructions If no take-back or disposal agreement has been concluded, ENGLISH the components of the Rapid-Box must be sent for recycling. Rapid-Box is subject to the WEEE Directive of the European Parliament and the Council on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and is therefore not covered under the disposal of household waste.
