MONTHLY
- Check the insulation is lower than 10MΩ,
the maintenance is recommended-
Replace new motor immediatly when insulation is
lower than 1MΩ
ANNUAL
Inspect lubricant:
- For pumps ≤ 0,75 kW the item should be
checked every 3000 hours or 12 months.
(whichever comes first.)
Loosen the oil plug screw and check the color
of the lubricant,if the lubricant looks unclear,please
change the mechanical seal and the lubricant immediatly.
Apply adhesive before resecuring the oil plug screw
to strengthen the screw against leakage
EVERY 2 YEARS
Change the lubricant:
Inspecting and replacing seal only qualified
mechanics with proper tools and knowledge
should be attemping to service this pump or
contact our authorized local dealers or Wortex
for such services
EVERY 2/5 YEARS
- Strongly recommended the pump to be overhaul
or regular inspection even if it is still operating.
This maintaining procedure can extend pump operating
life cycle.

- For pumps ≤ 1,5 kW the item should be
checked every 6000 hours or 12 months.
(whichever comes first.)
- For pumps ≤ 0,75 kW the item should be
changed every 4500 hours or 12 months.
(whichever comes first.)
- For pumps ≤ 1,5 kW the item should be
changed every 9000 hours or 12 months.
(whichever comes first.)
