row and 1st row tog, working 1 row
of sc through both thicknesses.
Do not fasten o.
Change to larger hook and
proceed as follows:
Foundation rnd: Ch 1. Work 64 sc
evenly around edge of Ribbing.
Join B with sl st to rst sc. 64 sc.
