Sporlan Types SBF & EBF are small brass bar
body valves with Extended ODF solder connec-
tions and the same balanced port construction as
the Type BF valve. Both valves have replaceable
thermostatic elements. The Type EBF has a 100
mesh insert strainer. The Type SBF has a 100
mesh removable strainer that can be cleaned and/
or replaced while the valve is still soldered to
the system tubing. The balanced port construc-
tion makes these valves ideally suited for small
capacity refrigeration applications which operate
over widely varying conditions.
