ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place the playground equipment on level ground and not less than 6ft (1.8m) from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry line, or electrical wires. Do not install the playground equipment over concrete, asphalt, packed earth, or any other hard surface; a fall onto a hard surface can result in serious injury or death to the equipment user.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 1 Insert A1 into A2 as shown below and secure with B1, B5, B4 and B3. Insert A3 into A2 as shown below and secure with B1, B5, B4 and B3.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. A1 STEP 2 B1 Insert the small ends of A4 into B5 B5 B3 B1 the sockets at the end of A1 and align holes. A4 B4 Secure using B1, B5, B4 and B3. Repeat the above steps to assemble A2 and A3 in the same B3 A4 B4 manner as A1.

Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 4 Slide the small end of R4 into the pocket of R7. Insert all four R4 into the pocket of R7. Insert the small ends of R4 into larger ends of adjacent R4 and align holes. Note: Elliptical holes face up, round holes face down. See below.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of F1-1 each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 5 F1-1 R8 Attach R8 and R3 to A1. STEP 7 Insert the bolt of R2A (which is pre-assembled with R1) into R3. Secure using F2 and F3. You have finished the flying saucer assembly, see Figure A below.

N3R Glide Ride Assembly STEP 8 R8 Attach R8, L3 to A2 as shown. Secure using N3R, L5 and N7. Used special socket wrench and screwdriver A2 L3 to tighten the N3R and N7. L5 L5 M1 N7 N7 M2 USE SPECIAL SOCKET WRENCH AND SCREW DRIVER TO TIGHTEN N7.

J6 J6 Swing seats assembly STEP 13 J8 J8 Insert J3 (which is pre-assembled with J1 and J3) into holes on A2. J3 A2 J3 Secure it with J8 and J6. Repeat above for remaining J3 to A2 assembly.

Rocking Horse assembly STEP 15 Place H1, H2 and H3 together as close as possible. Align holes. Secure with D2, D3 and D3, D4. See diagram for sequence.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 16 Attach horse seat H9 to H1 and H3; align holes on H9, H1 and H3. Secure with D1. See diagram for sequence. D1 D1 H3 STEP 17 H9 H1 Attach the back of the horse H10 to H1 and H3; align holes. Secure with D1.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 18 Insert H12 into H11, see Figure A below. Secure with D7, D8 and D9. See Figure B below.

Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 19 Put the body of the horse onto H11. See below. Attach H4, H6 to H1, and H5, H7 to H3; align holes. Secure with D5, D3 and D3, D4 for the front holes and using D6, D3 and D4 for the other holes. See the diagram below.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. D12-1 STEP 21 D12-1 Attach R3, R8 to A3. Secure using D12-1, D13, D10 and D4. See figure on the right.
STEP 22 Insert H16A (which is pre-assembled with H15) into the holes of R3. Secure using D10 and D4.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 23 Attach H16B (which is pre-assembled with H15) to H12. Align holes. Secure with D11 and D4.
NOTE: 1. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 2. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. Slide assembly STEP 24 Attach X5-N to Y2. Secure using Z7, Z6 and Z4. Attach X4-N to Y2. Note: Make sure that the bolt holes face up.
STEP 25 Attach X6 to X1-N and X2-N. Secure each side using Z1, Z6 and Z4. Attach X3-N to X1-N and X2-N. Align holes and hold in position.
NOTE: 3. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 4. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 26 Insert the end of X4-N into X1-N and X2-N. Secure using Z1, Z6, Z3 and Z5. Insert Z2 into Z6 and insert into X1-N, X2-N and X3-N as shown. Secure with Z6 and Z4.
NOTE: 5. Do not over-tighten the nuts and bolts at every step. 6. Do not snap in the cover of plastic cap until you have finished the assembly of each step and went back to tighten all of the nuts and bolts. STEP 27 Attach Y1 to X1-N and A6, secure using Z7, Z6 and Z3, Z5 A3 Z3 Z5 X1-N Z3 Z5 Y1 A4 Z6 Z7 A6 A4 Note: Make sure to go back to check all hardware and securely tighten all bolts and nuts before using the playground equipment.
WARNING: Do not let children use the playground equipment until it is properly assembled and anchored. Important Note: Please ensure that the slide is attached to the swing set as shown in the diagram. Failing to assemble in such manner will increase chances of entrapment to leg, hand and head.
MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY SPORTSPOWER LTD. Warrants its GYM products for (180) days against defects in material, workmanship and rust painted parts which compromises the structural integrity of the product when used for the purpose intended, normal conditions, and provided it receives proper care and maintenance. Surface rust is not covered under warranty . This warranty coverage extends only to the original purchaser with a receipt and non- transferable.
