Problem Causes and Suggestions
When properly installed, the PCS Connection Card is a highly reliable
product. Most problems are caused by one of these issues:

The wrong driver has been installed.
䊳
System resources required by the card are in use by other devices.
䊳
Network coverage is not available (either because you are outside the
coverage area, or because of an account or network problem).
This section describes how to diagnose and solve these and other

Error: Searching for PCS Connection Card...
The PCS Connection Manager Software displays this message:

Searching for PCS Connection Card….
Error: Splash Screen is Frozen
The splash screen of the PCS Connection Manager Software is frozen.
Possible Causes Suggestions
a.
The card is not completely
inserted into the PC Card slot.
b.
The wrong driver is installed for
the card.
c.
There is a resource conflict.
a.
Eject and reinsert the card.
b.
