Assembly Manual DC72050 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1 Locate the hardware pack and Casters (F) inside the Seat Base(B). Make sure all parts and hardware are present before assembly. Assemble on a soft and smooth surface to prevent damage to product.
Assembly Manual DC72050 3 Attach the Back Frame(A) to the Seat Base (B), using Bolt(H1), the Spring Washer(H2), and the Flat Washer(H3). Note: Loosely attach the bolts one by one and keep them loose. Do not fully tighten. After all the 6 bolts attached, use Allen Wrench (T1) to tighten. A H1 H2 H3 T1 B 4 Put the Seat Frame(D) to the Seat Base(B).
Assembly Manual DC72050 5 Attach the Seat Cushion(C) to the Seat Frame(D). C D B 6 Attach the Back Cushion (E) to the Back Frame(A).
Assembly Manual DC72050 7 For the back cushion (E), fluff the cushion as indicated below to help it return to its original thickness and smoothness.Assembly complete, it's ready to use.
