Locate the hardware pack and Casters (F) inside the Seat Base(B). Make
sure all parts and hardware are present before assembly. Assemble on a
soft and smooth surface to prevent damage to product.
Turn over the Seat Base (B) and make the bottom up, put the FLat Washer(H3)
to the bolt of the Casters(F), attach the Casters one by one, use the Open
End Wrench(T2) to tighten.
