Attach the Back Frame(A) to the Seat Base (B), using Bolt(H1), the Spring

Washer(H2), and the Flat Washer(H3).

Note: Loosely attach the bolts one by one and keep them loose. Do not

fully tighten. After all the 6 bolts attached, use Allen Wrench (T1) to tighten.

Put the Seat Frame(D) to the Seat Base(B).
