Can I use a browser on my desktop computer to see
the camera’s Live View and control recording?
No.
What should you do if the ZN62 does not respond?
Press and hold the Power and Reset buttons (on the bottom of the ZN62) at the same time for about
4 seconds and the camera will reboot. To access the recessed Reset button, use a thin but firm tool
like a needle or an unfurled paperclip.
Why can’t my mobile device connect to the ZN62?
Troubleshoot by trying the following: Turn off the ZN62, then turn it on. Reboot the camera. (See
“What should you do if the ZN62 does not respond? above.)
If the ZN62’s LED is glowing orange, your smartphone has not enabled Wi-Fi to connect to your ZN62
or the smartphone has connected to another Wi-Fi device. For instance, your smartphone may now
be connected to a router instead of Attez cam. Try switching to the Attez cam listing in your device’s
Wi-Fi settings.
If the ZN62’s LED is glowing green, your router is not active or the router password stored on the
camera is wrong. Try rebooting your router or restoring the ZN62 to its factory default. See “How do
I reset the camera to the factory defaults? below.
When inputting characters, do not use special characters such as “#\” in the router SSID name and
password. Choose WPA or WPA2 for the encryption. Be aware that when inputting a password,
some Android smartphones will automatically add a space before the characters.
If the ZN62’s LED is flashing green, the router is not connecting to the Internet. Check the Internet
connection. Alternatively, the network speed is too slow. The upload speed should be at least 10
Mbps. If the router blocks video streaming, use another router. If the 3G/4G/Wi-Fi speed is too slow,
change the resolution in Live View setting to QVGA. If the network is busy at that moment, try again
later.
If the ZN62’s LED is flashing red, the battery level is low. Charge the camera or keep it plugged into
power.
If there’s an error in the app, restart your smartphone before running the app again.
